What is Cathy Doll? I have not heard of this brand...

Cathy Doll has over 50 products under its brand now!.
Created by Karmarts, Cathy Doll is a successful Korean beauty care chain in Thailand with over 60 outlets spread across the country. Harnessing on their knowledge of Korean beauty products, Karmarts created this range of products, key featuring the instant whitening results after using the products.

The cute packaging and adorable caricatures identity with the young and trendy.

How do I place an order?

Why haven't I received an invoice?

Do check your junk folder in case it ends there!
However, if you still have not received it yet, please email us (Subject: Lost Order) at dollsandbeauty@gmail.com

How are my items mailed to me? 

Items are usually sent out via Normal Postage (2 - 7 working days) or Registered Postage (1 - 3 working days). Items are sent out about 2 to 3 times a week, depending on order count.

We do meet ups as well, however only at my convenience

• Bugis on weekdays
• Woodlands on Saturday
• Choa Chu Kang on Sundays and certain weekdays

Thus, do state your location and meetup time if you're keen on doing meetup. :)

What are the Postage Charges?

Normal Postage: $2 for the first item, and an additional $1 for every subsequent item
e.g. if you've ordered 4 items, total shipping fee would be:
$2 + ($1 x 3) = $5

Registered Postage is an additional $1.50 on top of normal postage costs and is calculated per parcel.
e.g. if you've ordered 4 items, total shipping fee would be:
$2 + ($1 x 3) = $5
$5 + $1.50 (Registered Postage) = $6.50

We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction although we will call/email SingPost to enquire about it.
It is always advisable to opt for Registered Postage!

What is the difference between Normal and Registered Postage?

Normal post is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages.
Registered post costs an additional $1.50 per parcel on top of normal postage costs and comes with a tracking number that can be monitored online.
Registered parcels are sent directly to your doorstep.
In the event that there is no answer when a parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or slotted under your door.
You may then proceed to the respective post office stated on the card to collect your parcel.
